Moonlight

My world quickly shrinking,

as the

light

abaondons

me

this cage of darkness becomes my

home,

this emptiness becomes my

soul mate.

Lost in this maze of branches,

these trees whistle together like old

friends,

this air steals my warmth,

this tune steals my hope.

High above a

light

appears, my

friend

comes back after 29 days

illumination the sky,

alone

I am no more

the moon light lights my way

home.
