Moral Evolution
Chasing what I need not looking for no sympathy,
If I ain't been through the worst then that ish just ain't real to me,
Real to me, real to me, hallucinating everything,
Its taking over me, getting on me like a skin disease,
Fierce as a leopard, severe like leprosy,
Just being able to live is my ecstasy,
But now I’m going backwards like going from X to C,
All the right answers like all checks no X I see,
Forgetting what my last loss really meant to me,
Remembering to love all branches of my life tree,
If y'all ain't heard me you're in for a treat,
I cross ways right at the T,
Cause one day on the throne,
The place that I can call home,
It ain't flowing through my veins cause it's built in my bones,
Staying over rock bottom, that's set in stone,
I roam around town, like when in Rome,
I be the one setting the flow,
Left or right, I be dead center,
I'm too alive, bro I'm just better,
Getting angry, I ain't mad enough,
Italy, Brazil, Canada,
I run the whole world call it stamina,
Been to hell and back forgot my camera,
The devil sent a message telling me he's after you,
Then I responded like get in the hearse,
Don't you know that I put God first,
Happiness don't come from all that in your purse,
Searching for the right direction, that's just how the world turns,
Going against the hate every time I write a verse,
Cause everybody knows but not everybody learns,
Part 2
Long way to the top,
Long way to go,
Gold Crown and Gold armor shining head to toe,
But I ain't bout that life so spare me the Gold,
Spare me the Gold, Gold on my goals
Part 3
I'm torn between body and mind and which way I don't know,
My mind is pulling me away but my body tells me the other way is where to go,
It's friggin' messing with me, I just gotta breath slow,
I just wish you could read my mind but you can't,
rap, verse, slam, poem, spoken, call it a stupid rant,
Cause I know which path I want to take but I can barely stand,
This mental dilemma is something you'll never understand,
If only you know how hard I tried,
I'm behind the wall next to you contemplating like its do or die,
And then I kick myself thinking hey, maybe next time,
But that takes time and that was never on my side,
Cause all I ever wanted was to be there, right by your side,
My arms are wide, so why is opportunity so small,
I guess I could tell my friends but why get them involved,
This is something that on the outside is so small,
That one would think that it would never make a real man fall,
But that's exactly what I'm not,
All the fights I've fought were an experience but then I forgot,
I'm that 'so sensitive that it's pathetic guy' who's afraid to take the final shot.
But then again this is who I ought to be
Y'all ain't gon' be stopping me,
They say that time is money so I'm going on a shopping spree,
Cause the one in front of the trigger lives infinitely,
Hallelujah, Halle Berry, on the tallest money trees,
Cause greatness is the only one who keeps me company,
Staring at empty space like I'm studying astronomy,
If my past tells me anything it's that you'll never be as strong as me,
Cause I be puttin' the easy in Weezy and give you the ache in Drake,
Sleep is for the dead while success always stays awake,
Travel all around the world so know that I ain't here to stay,
Just to leave a dent of thought up in your brain then fly away,
All these haters think that I was afraid,
Little did they know that my nerves were so frayed,
To all these skinny lovers who you know I outweigh,
Sparring all my punch lines but hitting you like its gameday, I haymake,
I’m not searchin' for no beef, no no, for pete's steak,
Don't lie, don’t cheat, and don’t steal, just how I feel,
Getting credit for what I'm cooking up full course meal,
Ripping all these fakers contracts, I'm the real deal,
I'm the reason why all you're flows are such a wreck,
Got the highest grade beat by chest I'm at my apex,
Who I'm not made me who I am, no regrets.
