More Means Empty

I look on the scale

I see three simple numbers

I see those numbers that most people would think are just numbers

But to me

Those numbers are what keeps me going

Those numbers help me see how much im worth

And how much I really am.

Those numbers tell me to make them lower

So as the weeks pass, I still try to get those numbers as low as they can be

So my stomach can be as low as it can be

So my breath can be as low as it can be

So my image can be as low as it can be

But i dont realize that i'm dying

No

I feel like im living for once

Feeling my empty stomach freeze as smooth water travels down

Feeling my full stomach hurl once I feel worthless when i eat

Telling myself

Just one less meal

But in my mind one means more

And more means empty.
