More then My Name
I am from my name, whether it’s on my bedroom wall or in the mouth of my family.
Awaken by my alarm clock I hear the birds chirping and pecking.
My Pandora is the only noise I hear until my sister comes home.
Then it her voice all throughout the house.
I’m from my bed, it’s where I live.
Usually chillin’ on my computer with my green, brown, and pink blanket.
I’m from the white bored that directs my life; it tells me what to do as my day goes on.
I am from a pointless m&m machine,
Mostly because I don’t like chocolate.
I am from the jewelry box, the one I’ve had since I was little.
Given to me by my mom,
It holds my past, present, and hopefully my future….ring.
