More of Us Take Xanax Than You Think

First things first, it's not your fault

You've been carrying the whole world on your back

Panic comes up from behind

What's your prescription?

What will put you on your keep you on your feet

This is not addiction

This is what you need

The pills that make you fine do not define you

They just let you breathe

More of us take Xanax than you think

I know it's hard to ask for help

Some people just don't understand

But if you ask loud enough

Someone will take your hand

It's a prescription

Doesn't sweep us off just keeps us on our feet

This is not addiction

This is what we need

The pills that make us fine do not define us

They just let us breathe

More of us take Xanax than you think.
