More than you know.

The meaning of love is often sought

But I have found and not forgot

What it means to be loved so true and so dear

Thinking about it brings to my eye, a tear

The hoplessness of another day

Thanks to you, all washed away

You found me when I needed you most

Took me in when I had no where to go

Education, you preached, would help guide me

Eventhough frightened, you stood beside me

I cannot thank you for how much you've done

I instead, will show you and you'll see how far i've come

To pursue what I had never imagined possible

All because you showed me the world isnt always so hostile
