More You, Less Of Him

His love was so sweet
I thought he had it all
I thought he was the one I had been dreaming
Instead it ended in screaming

The love I saw in the beginning ended
This was not what I intended

Looking at him hurt
He made me feel like dirt

Once you find who you are
All that person is, is a scar

He was a liar
Throw all of the memories in a fire
You deserve your heart’s desire

You are free and made to be you
You are independent and empowering

You are not chained
You are remade

You are beautiful
You will find someone more suitable
You are a jewel

Not a dusty tool
He was the fool

You deserve more
And reserve your heart
So it will not be torn apart

You are made to be YOU
