mortar and pestle

chloroform kisses and he cradled
my cranium in his fists; fireflies
at the edges of vision:
baptise the incision between
my thighs and he tells me
to love it- shoved in
like nails on the palms
of Christ: i'm a good girl
so i whisper the Psalms
as he pisses in me; it grows
inside- squirming and sticky.
(easy pickings, he tells me)
