The Most Important Person

You were the most important person to me

We understood each other

You're someone I need, don't you see?

You were never a bother.

You were my dad, my best friend

Where did God send you?

I didn't want your life to end

What did God do?

He took you away

Not even a single warning

I wish you could stay

Now I'm sitting here, just mourning.
