Moth

Their heat is like ectasy Their lives are my fantasy They make it seem so easy How they do it all and say, "breezy" I know they worked for it Blood and tears Through the years That's some serious grit But here I am, a bug in the dark I scurry to stalk these works of art But it tears me apart How I lack the heart To go out and start And give the world my mark I see the goal reachers, the go getters the home hitters, the wall breachers, the trail blazers, the x gamers, the record breakers, and trend setters I can see that they're winners Success and victory for dinner Jealousy has the best of me Guess I'm another green sinner The strength in their voices makes me weak The gaze in their glare takes my speech There they are, simple humans Creating the world they seek

I'mduh1

This seems like a good place to be since nobody is calling me out for a date. I can post my angsty poems here, too.
