Mother


Watching her,

I always do.

Every little thing.

From a gesture, to a smile, or a sigh.

I look to her with beaming eyes. 

The way she carries herself so high,

when her confidence is feeling low.

I just hope she always knows,

She'll never have to do it all alone.
