"Mother"
Dedicated to my selfless mother, Billie Eldridge
You are my mother,
My sweetheart, my dear,
Despite all the flaws,
You bring me great cheer.
When the world was against me,
You were there through thick and thin.
There was your unconditional love
Which came from within.
Never thinking of yourself,
Always giving me the best.
Now that I am full-grown,
I rise up and call you blessed.
