Mother

She stands tall

Never will fall

Her heart of gold

Always so bold

Her hands are for giving

She is the true definition of living

The clothes she wears with pride

Walking with a perfect stride

No one can put her down

The worst won’t defeat

She always beats

My heart is filled with her love

It cannot be disposed of

She has my life

Like a butcher to his knife

Influencing with the best

And the true test

Is to see if I could ever live up

So I watch close-up

Only to decide

Right there by her side

No one can be better

Not even the sweetest letter

She is mine and no one else’s

Due to her being selfless

My mother

Is no other
