Mother and daughter bond

Dear, Mom

My first words will always be thank you, thank you for the consistent love and care

thank you for being hard as a rock on me monday through sunday and never letting me

slack on my blessings that god has given me. For you growing up with no mother or dad

but raised by a grandmother i thank you for the learned wisdom and honesty that you have

nailed in me. Having a mother and being a mother is two different things to me, you have been

a mother and have exceptionally fulfilled the position of being one. You go out your way everyday

for me and the family everyday and it never goes unnoticed. All the words in the world and all the

gifts are never enough to show how blessed i am to call you mom.

           Love, Shaniya
