Mother Dearest

Mother Dearest,

you have opened my eyes to the clearest

blue skies where birds sing,

even after the wrath of the Almightgy king.

You have taught me patience is key

and for that I am thankful that you have shaped me.

Without your hand showing me the way

I would not be standing where I am today.

Your kindness is what I admired all these years

and now all I am asking is to sit amoung other peers.
