Mother Earth

Every morning, mother wakes up her children with a big smile. The children eat something mother makes for them. Then, they’re off to discover new things that mother holds for them, with mother watching every step they make. They make sure they don’t upset mother’s mood. When mother is sad, she cries. When she’s mad, she throws everything near her. Her children try to keep her happy, because she always has a warm smile for them. Mother calls them in and tucks them to sleep. She turns off the lights. She turns on a nightlight that sparkles like diamonds in the sky. She watches them dream a peaceful dream. Mother will always be there watching over her children.
