A Mother's Heart
Everytime I lean on her shoulder she will wrap her arm under my chin and around my head.
Being a child I hated the feeling, but now I love it.
It's the most comforting feeling to me.
I can feel her warmth and her love flowing through her just with the touch of her hand.
I love her.
I love her so much, I will never love another person the way I love her.
She is the only person who is able to forgive so easily.
She doesn't expect you to be the greatest at everything because she knows you're trying.
She supports you with your plans because she just wants you to be happy and wants what's best for you.
She taught me to be kind to everyone because you'll never know their life story.
She taught me to be patient and to listen to others as she does with me.
And everytime I see her she gives me a warm fuzzy feeling that makes me smile.
And I am happy to say that I picked that up from her.
She gave me her light to brighten up peoples days.
And I am so grateful for that. Because without her I wouldn't be who I am today.
I wouldn't be the smiling, positive, glowing girl that everyone sees.
But I am, and I love her for that.
She loves me more than I will ever be able to love her and I know that now.
She sacrifices so much just for me to be happy.
And it hurts knowing that I can never fully show her that same love back;
but I try and she knows that.
