A Mother's Misunderstandment
You sit and you ask yourself "why is she like this?" What you don't understand is There is a big part of her life that which you missed You turn around to find someone she resembles You say: "maybe it's a trait" "maybe it's a gene" "there must be something hidden"
To you, it's all a misunderstand To her it's a drug in hand You made her what she is today You're the cause and reason for why she is that way All she wanted was for you to understand To love, care, cherish, and take a stand To say that you are there for her That you will never leave her side
But sadly none of that happened Left along in the dark In her heart there was no spark Tried, to get out Had no choice but to cry out There was no one there to help her So she was forced to live her life in a dark lonely world
