Moths and Flames

Are you a moth to a flame
Crossing all boundaries to achieve the perfect that never existed
Running this way and that
Chasing dreams you don't have to guts to pursue
And disabusing others from their dreamscape
While foolishly pursuing yours
While foolishly holding on to yours
Then again you're too weak to pursue anything
You are less than the moth
You have no flame
Yet you yearn for

For a life you love to say you hate
