Motivation

If you ask around

Most people will tell you inanimate objects

Are things they cannot live without

But I dug deeper.

My motivation is something I could not part with

The feeling of accomplishing something big

Is like a natural high, like a runner's high

and with that feeling came the motivation to complete that task.

You cannot dream big

and lack motivation

and still make it out on top.

To do exceptional things

You must have exceptional motivation,

and that is something I hold close.
