Greek mythology icons
Go to high school together?
Here we have our classics,
Athena, Persephone, Aphrodite, and Artemis,
The most popular in all
Of Mount Olympus.
There’s Athena the wise.
Student Body President
And in charge of all things
That make the school
Chug along.
Then there’s Persephone,
goddess of Spring.
No one seems to know
How she became
A part of the in-crowd,
But she is there
Somehow.
But Persephone
Is much deeper than we think
She is in a secret relationship.
With none other
Than the school’s resident “bad boy”,
Hades.
And Aphrodite,
Goddess of love.
Your quintessential Prom Queen
And all-around baddie.
She’s who every girl
Wants to be
And every guy
Wants to be with.
Between dieting,
Spin class,
And being overall
The epitome of beauty,
Who has the time
To juggle a love life?
She technically has a boyfriend,
Hephaestus,
She prefers
To be unattached.
Lastly, there’s Artemis,
Goddess of the Hunt.
She’s amazing
At any sport
And a shoo-in
For any athletic scholarship.
When she’s not on the practice field,
She’s getting her twin brother Apollo
Out of trouble and
Taking care of her dogs.
A lot goes down
At Mount Olympus High.
Like parties,
Dances,
Concerts,
And the occasional
Mortal kidnapping,
You know, the regular stuff.
