Mountains to Climb

There comes a time

When you must leave what is familiar

To chase after

What is unknown.

Suddenly you aren’t

A child anymore

And yesterday has become today.

Dreams

Aren’t just seeds

In the flower beds anymore.

They are budding

Into flowers

That must be watered

Every day.

And you realize:

Leaves fall,

Flowers grow,

And things change.

Yesterday will never

Come again.

There is only tomorrow

To live for.

So watch the flowers

Grow into themselves,

Move mountains,

Learn to fly.

There are no limits

On dreams,

Unless you limit yourself.

The sky isnt the

lLimit,

When there are

Footprints on the

Moon.

And one day you

Will realize:

Leaves fall,

Flowers grow,

And things change.
