Mountains in the Fall

See the mountains in the distance They seem to rise up from nowhere Excitement starts with the first view Looking all around Some of the leaves are on the ground The ones left on the trees Are no longer green But a vibrant mixture of Red, orange, and yellow My favorite time of year My favorite place in the world I've been coming here since I was a little girl Looking out across the lake Takes my breath away Bears, moose, and deer Are all common here To stay here forever would be fine with me It is really quite a sight to see.
