Mourn
Words
Something that we can't be frivolous with
Something leaves the lips and goes beyond earth’s width
Words conversation I had with you I cherished your words
I used to watch you study the word and write so much and be shocked like
How can one read the bible and find something new every time
You were the example
Strong, Faithful, Servant....
An example of selfless love
You would literally offer what you have and be without so that someone else could experience or encounter what they were missing
Your kindness and gentleness bloomed like a flowers in the spring
And no matter how hard times got I knew you would never fall
Your life was a testament to what you believed and you made it evident
So although penning this letter was sad it's evidence of the many lives you touched and inspired
Time for grieving and mourning will pass
But one things for certain
Christ is the same today tomorrow and forever more
His sovereignty never in question because of closed doors
Author and finisher beginning and the end the real reason we stand here celebrating is because she reached the end
Life isn't over to die is gain in heaven
But when it's your turn what will other's be saying
Will they say you loved unconditionally like the king who walked the earth
Will they say you served wholeheartedly no matter the amount of work
Will they say your words matched your life like a puzzle piece or will they only have memories of the wrong you did
This life we leave is temporary and one thing my grandmother taught me was that everyday’s an opportunity to share the message of christ and to live better
