Mourning Glory

The sun is up
And we're still shining
Infatuated
silver lining
And for your soul
my heart is pining
And so it never goes

Highs and lows
The fire pending
A mass of fools
that go on spending
And through my dreams
I keep rescinding
I wonder if it shows

You lead me in
Affections shifting
So I do all
the heavy lifting
All my love
I keep on gifting
And you'll never really know.
