Move

As the world moves with me,

the rich lavish green fades into yellow.

The buildings that cover the sky,

fly right by my eyes.

Only to become of the now,

the now that inhabits my life.

As the world moves with me,

the scenes become different.

A transition, an intermission,

that inevitably pauses the film,

so that when time becomes real

our lives become clear.

As the world moves with me,

the world shows me

that there is more to life

when change occurs the most

compared to how life changes

when the world stands still.
