Movement
Contentment can be found in looking for a reason to keep creating. To keep improving. To keep analyzing dreams and painting obscure thoughts that pop into my mind when I'm mentally escaping from toxic monotony. When solutions to sadness come from reevaluating the beauty in my shitty apartment balcony garden and making elaborate dinners that fit my friends' oddly specific food intolerances. To keep writing down silly ideas that make magical sense even in the morning when you're slightly more sober. To read in my windowless room and set my mind free into that trancey-hyponsis. And when I snag on a topic that reminds me of the real world, to write that down, too. To find what it is that will keep the path interesting. To grab hold of the threat of apathy and toss it aside. And keep moving.
