Moving On

Don't you find the concept interesting?

People grow so attached to other people

We depend on them throughout the day

They become our day, our night, our evening

Suddenly

It's time to call quits

All good things come to an end right?

You mourn, you cry

Hell

We try to get them back

Time goes on though

You glance at your own life and think

Think about what happened back then

How do you not care anymore?

They only mattered to you most of your life

Did they not?

I find moving on interesting

I've cried at night

Wishing and praying over them

Then I woke up one day and realized something

I don't care the way I once did

That's okay
