Moving On

An angel from above, I thought you to be. We were yearning for love, Never thought you would leave. Time flew by your side, I was loyal and true. Thought i could be your bride. Guess that wasn’t your view. For hours I cried, I just wanted you back. For a few weeks i tried, ‘Til I altered my track. It’s time to move on, You’re still in my heart. I know you are gone, So I’ll have to restart. I’ll find someone new, He’ll be even greater. I bid you adieu, Since you are a traitor.
