Moving On
One day you wake
As if from a dream
No longer things are as they seem
People are gone
They've been replaced
Distance between us is far and spaced
And it makes me think
Why is this so
Why change everything I truly know
Then I hear a voice
A calming touch
The whisper of a man I love so much
He says it's good
Says it's all okay
He will never leave me or go away
Though things change
It's not forever
I can hope to see them once in forever
