Moving On.

I’ve danced around you.
I’ve lied to you.
I’ve let myself think I’ve arrived at your destination but I haven’t.
I think I took a few steps backwards even but that was never my intention.
I thought you were just gonna sneak up on me and everything was going to be okay.
I thought that time was supposed to fix things but it doesn’t. It just increases the amount of time of what happened.
I don’t wanna be in this place anymore, so I welcome you with open arms.
Hello MovingOn, goodbye sadness.
I won’t miss you much.
I wouldn’t be honest if I didn’t say that I don’t miss the way things used to be. I do sometimes.
But I think it’s time I leave something’s behind and open the door to my calling.
Goodbye forever.
