Moving Forward

Time keeps moving, shaking, waking and Baking.

It is of the essence, that we use it right, not hide in fear or loose sight,

of all the humanities and poverty that no one will understand, except the ones who live through it.

Time is of the essence you see, a right of passage for you and me,

To experience the world through our eyes, his eyes, their eyes; to see what we could be.

But Time, precious time, ticks away, unable to stay and cherish the moments we keep to

ourselves; the feelings we keep inside to survive.

Time is always on our side, even when we need a chance to revive,

To speak the truth of how we came to be,  and where we want to be, and

how we do it with a Rhythm of our own blues. We all have pain, big or small, rich or poor,

Black or white, Hispanic or Asian, Muslim or Christian, Jewish or Buddhist; we all-

 sing for change.

Time will no longer pass me by, hold me back, make me wonder what is, if, then, that;

which is my biggest fear to disappoint ears, because, we all want to make it, whether we fake it or

create it. It's hard out here for a pimp, a crip, a man, a woman, a father, a mother, a daughter, a

friend, a sister, a brother, and all the others, that strive to provide for what we see in God's eyes.

A world full of hate that still burns of the wick of love.

Time; Time will heal all, because we have no choice to but to move on.

To face our fears, to conquer new challenges to stare adversity in the face and say no more!

Time will guide us to be fearless, courageous, open-minded, and mindful of what we say and do,

which is the only way to see change through.

Time is of the essence you can see, to value of moving forward, and being what we aspire to be.
