Mr. Creativity

Where has our dear Mr. Creativity gone?

It seems he's gone for good.

It's been years since I saw him last

in the pages of my coloring book.

Now tired eyes in his demise

have taken to new pastures.

For now they dwell in a fiery hell,

the AP bio textbook.

My english teacher said

traces of him could be found

in works from long ago

so I started reading Kafka, Milton,

Joyce, and Virginia Woolf.

And there I found him in

Oscar Wilde as if nothing had been wrong

Mr. Creativity was back

he had never really been gone.
