Mr. Magic Genie

I’m stuck on an island

Trying to cook an animal that I just fought

Stuck on this sand land

Not wanting to be alone with my demented thoughts

Realization comes when looking through this fire

You can only have one wish

Only one truly desperate desire

Mr.Magic Genie, Would you trade me more for a kiss?

I’m pretty crazy and I guess thats on the very top of the list

You know they say the truth is usually sad

What’s sad is you thought that I had been blind

But now that I recall I remember the creativity and I’m glad

You know, It’s extremely hard to try and find

An item that you never quite had

If I'm going to survive, Im taking back my mind

Hello Mr. Magic Genie, Will you give me something I adore?

Something that I had so many years before

Something that was so violently taken away and tore

Something that had been replaced with proper things to store

Stuff that didn't matter, Like this common core

Hello Mr. Magic Genie, Will you give me back my thoughts?

I swear this isn't fair for I had fought

I swear I tried to think but I had gotten caught

Then they had invaded me and started their assault

Thank you Mr. Magic Genie, For these thoughts you must have brought

Now they are the ones, who have finally gotten caught
