Ms. Aiken-

You are the best, number one, the valedictorian.

"Queen Aiken" "Aikenator" "The Aiken"

don't ever doubt yourself;

you haven't been wrong yet!

Just remeber, you have God

You will always be safe

The sun is up

The sky is blue

You are beautiful too.

You're perfect the way you are!

You don't need anyone else's opinion

or anyone else's help

Stick with what you know

And don't doubt yourself!

Just the way you are-

You have set the bar

For future generations of students

We have learned the hard way

Not to doubt your judgement

Courage is what it takes to be a teacher

And you have just that!

You've taught how to be fearless leaders in a dark world

I hope you know how awesome you are

We sing your praises everyday as we skip from class to class

No teacher could compare to the compassion and care you have shown us

I know your'e a strong, amazing, and beautiful woman.

The question is now:

do you know it too?

Awww! It is so sweet that you honored your teacher with this poem. It truly shows your appreciation. Not only that, you showed your appreciation sort of in the right time. Last week at my school was teacher apprieciation week. Most people like me would just right a note of thanks and been done with "thanking" the teacher. You went above and beyond. Teachers need more people like you to feel more appreciated. Love the poem and your heart. Keep writing on my friend.

This poem stars Ms.Aiken, my current AP English teacher. She has helped me get through so much this year, I'm not even sure how to thank her.
