Ms. Webbert

First try, maximum effort I guess, I'll stress Over superfluous things Over superfluous dreams Which aren't even mine Just a spectacle of one's time Maybe it would have been fun Or not, who am I to decide, gone It is and it remains Who am I to change Other than the person in the mirror Glasses back on things are clearer Things still aren't fun And you're still gone And these are random Another tangent Which won't dissipate At least not this time I wrote it down I let go of it now Be judged, be loved, Be hated, be fated, To be fun, Or just be gone Whatever... It's superfluous.
