Mundane Love
Because I love your chain
That sly, slick cocaine.
Eating away at my cerebellum
Crying at the most mundane
Hour. I try to abstain;
You push me back.
As though I'm no human.
But, an uncooperative nymphomaniac.
It appears that it does not matter, because
You have that unprecedented love?
No pun intended, but I am, or am I?
