the murder you wrote

i never knew that loosing the love of my life would be hard,
loosing my bff would kill me
yet i still search for the real me.
the me you fell in love with
the me you said you couldn’t live without.
i noticed my change
but i thought it was good for you;good for us
you knew i’d die for your love
your embrace, your soul
it would kill me before any illness
shoot me before any gun
and stab me before any knife
even though i wish we’d last
letting go was good for you.
for me? you took away your love
you murdered me before anyone else could
