Murdered Romance

I have a tale for you.

You must put together clues,

There once was a boy and girl who fell in love, or so they thought.

Now you may ask, why thought?

Everything was great at first and the two of them were happy.

They were in love, but that’s when high school comes.

The boy was popular and an well-known athlete.

The girl was alone and a math elite.

The boys new “friends” told him to find a new girl.

The next day he went to party, forgetting his plans with his original girlfriend.

She had enough and felt alone and she was no longer good enough.

So with that, she took a knife and ended her life.

He saw a text, from the day before, from the girl, he claimed to love.

The text read, “Here’s your last chance to show me you care”.

With this, he ran to her house, faster than a flare.

When he saw her mom cry, he knew he was too late.

He went in her room, and saw blood surround the girl, he says he loves.

He saw the girl holding something and removed it from her hand.

It was a note and the necklace he gave her when he asked her to be his girlfriend.

He read the note aloud, “ Give it to a girl, you truly love and trust”.

He went home and felt guilty for the life lost, of the one he loved.

So with this, he let the breath, leave his lungs.

Do you see what happened?

One mistake, caused the love to die.

First it was a womb, just one cut.

Then it was slaughter, two were lost.

So be careful, and remember this.
