Murderous Winter

Slowly but quickly seeping into our lungs

bring pain, suffering,darkness

crawling into our heads

Deadly thoughts created from the beauty

Watching the white blanket cover our land

green, blue, yellow striped from our lives

Murderous ideas arrive

death visits through the sky

"Seems so nice to let it slip away"

Light breaking through the darkness only to be smuthered

No sun to be seen, only the white blanket

Bright white burned into our eyes

Never will it end

the suffering, the thoughts, the blanket

It shall stay until it has done its job
