The Muse

Tell me the truth. What do you find Putting graphite to Chopped-up bits of paper? I find the answers to the universe. The answer to who, to what, To where, to when, to how, And more importantly, to why. Tell me the truth. What do you find When you life metal to lips And blow air through a tube? I find the answers to the universe. I find the rhythm, the beat, The meter, the tune, the song, And more importantly, the tone. Tell me the truth. What do you find When you lift metal and material And toss it into the air? I find the answers to the universe. I find the vivacity, the color, The strength, the sky, the light, And more importantly, the completeness. I tell you the truth The universe is now.
