Muse-ic

I feel like I'm falling,

Even when both feet are planted,

On solid ground.

I feel like I'm dying,

Even when both ears can still hear,

My beating heart.

I can't make sense of this,

Of up or down or anything,

Nothing at all.

Except when I'm with you,

With your vibration and rhythm,

I feel no more.

You wash out my worries,

Flood my brain with your melodies,

Make me forget.

I feel like I'm falling,

Save for when I listen to you,

Then I'm stable.

I feel like I'm dying,

But with your breath I am alive,

And I want to live.
