Music

Anyone who knows me

or has at least seen me knows that my headphones are basically attached to my neck.

I almost always have my headphones either around my neck

On my head, Or in my hands

If I don’t have my headphones i look lost.

I find it would be easier to express myself through music

I have songs that I believe describe how I feel about pretty much everyone. I sometimes even talk making references to song lyrics.

For example

I'll never find my heart

Behind someone else.

I'll never see the light of day

Living in this cell.

It's time to make my way

Into the world I knew.

And then take back all of these times

That I gave in to you

A Spoonful of Sugar and he will never sit down

I don't trust anything

Or anyone, below the sun

I don't feel anything

At all

I'm king of the clouds,

I get lifted,

And when I fall to rise with stardust in my eyes

In the backbone of night, I'm combustible

Dust in the fire when I can't sleep, awake, I'm too tired

I find comfort and relaxation in music

When people expect me to do a thousand things at once

There are people who probably never know of my existence

that expressed how I feel in perfect words

Musicians talking about hard topics like gun violence, and femicide through their music

People who aren’t silent about injustice and cruelty they’ve witnessed.

Music is my home when I have no one
