Music
You can't see soundwaves
Like the ripples in water
Or the breeze on leaves
But it's as real as
Everything else invisible
Love, despair, fear
All-consuming
But you can taste it
Feel its message
Understand its meaning
In every passage
And still keep searching
The hunger never ends
The solution unclear
And every unexpected bend
Speaking better than words
When masked with fear
No one can know
Exactly how we react
Yet every person of every
Location, every era
Can feel what the
Composer can dream
