Music speaks to the heart.

Music speaks to the heart.

That’s valid.

Open wounds and scars

Hidden in the rhythm of a ballad.

Rhythms are emotions.

Some simple-minded,

For a quick payout.

Others, deep as oceans,

Seven seas worth of a lyrical layout.

The crescendo.

A humble beginning,

Strong at the end though.

The only choice is to climb,

When there’s nothing below.

The bass line, the heartbeat,

The strong hand and hello.

Nothing feeds the soul like the strings.

Dragging you so high, itching for wings.

Your heart escapes your chest,

So mesmerized and engaged,

You wouldn’t dare rest.

…Music speaks through the heart.
