Music of two hearts

The music vibrated in my soul

I closed my eyes

there you were

I felt the warmth

of your embrace

your arms holding me

ever so close to your heart

my head softly

resting on your chest

I heard the heavenly music

of the drumbeat of your heart

bliss met me there -

there in your arms

the music took me

to where you are -

so far, far from where

I am!
