music was my drug.

music was my drug.

it numbed me enough to make it.

i didn’t feel anything anymore.

i hadn’t felt anything in a long time—

or at least until you came back.

i was smiling... but without a purpose.

then you came and you just drew me back in without trying and threw me back out with just as little effort.

you broke my heart.

and i felt it.

you reminded me that i wasn’t —

 ah... indestructible. impenetrable. unbreakable. untouchable.
