Musings

I’m falling to pieces
From these full-moon musings
I kept a journal
Stayed up all night

You promised one day
But I wanted forever
Save your sorries
I don’t want to fight

I’m a scar away
From breaking even
Drown intentions
With the morning light

If I wake up
Please don’t call me baby
I’m good for one thing
Dead not alive
