Number two is communication:

Listen real close because here's the thing communication is the key to wonderful things. Without it you'll both go misunderstood. Do one’s heart good and let the other know what's going on in your life or play show and tell. You need to lend an ear to listen not just hear what the other has to say about their hopes, dreams, and fears.

Number three is not to cheat:

This rule should be a given seeing as how you'll never be forgiven. Cheating is wrong there are no excuses, trust me it is useless. To avoid committing this crime remember it ain't worth a dime, let alone your relationship, which would be on the line.

Number four is having respect:

R-E-S-P-E-C-T respect. It is needed to keep love alive it's what binds us together and gives us our ties. To respect is to accept that there may be differences in opinions or preferences but they don’t change the way you feel or drive wedges between you.
