My

Cool waves crest and break against the bleached shore

The sun, a glowing orb, reflects daggers into my eyes

10 days have passed

Since the crash

6 days have passed

Since the food ran out

2 days have passed

Since the water dried up

 0 days have passed

Since she left my side

Why must I live?

To repay her

For all the times I’ve fallen and she’s helped me back up

For all the times I’ve talked and she’s listened

For all the times I’ve fought and she’s had my back

For all the times good or bad, that she has been by my side

Through thick and thin

Through hell and back

I owe her more than I’ll ever be able to repay

My partner in crime

My

My best friend
